Matt and Frieda came to me with a fun idea to use the the ButterHead logo to recreate a few of the most iconic Notorious BIG photos. They had used the ButterHead as a stand in for a variety of memorable characters from the last 30 years.

We developed the concept over a few rounds of drafts. They loved all of the concepts so much they asked for them all. As they were planning to use the art for screen printing from Teeth Like Swords Printing, I made sure to educate them on ink separations and use of screens. I wanted to make sure they walked away knowing exactly what the printer would need and wouldn’t be surprised by the cost of any of the designs to go into production.

As ButterHead grows they now have a cache of some great designs to help spread awareness of their brand, at a variety of price points to print at.
